In collaboration with Gladly’s creative agency partner, I developed a suite of brand and product marketing assets that highlight the company’s conversational approach to customer service. Leaning into the brand’s bold palette and confident voice, I created a modular system of visuals that balance smart typography, modern UI motifs, and relatable photography. From punchy, text-forward graphics to notification-style cards and real-world support scenarios, each asset is designed to convey clarity, automation, and empathy — all core to Gladly’s mission to make customer service feel more like a conversation and less like a case number.
