This lead generation campaign was designed to help HR leaders see education benefits as a strategic workforce investment, not just a retention perk. Using original research from Guild and NewtonX, the campaign turned dense survey data into a clear, provocative story about the gap between confidence and proof — revealing that while most leaders believe their programs are working, few can demonstrate meaningful workforce impact.
The art direction was built to make that tension easy to understand and hard to ignore. Framed photography featuring real learners, bold stat callouts, clean editorial layouts, pull quotes, and simple comparative data visualizations helped translate complex research into an executive-ready narrative. The design balanced credibility with urgency, guiding readers from the problem — under-measured, under-leveraged education benefits — to the opportunity: using an existing budget line to build skill readiness, internal mobility, retention, and AI-era adaptability.
